Overview
This page highlights selected peer-reviewed publications and patents from my applied research career, primarily in nanophotonics, silicon photonics, microfabrication, and device physics (solid-state and biological). This work spans fundamental measurement and modeling, fabrication-robust device design, and translational research resulting in issued patents and industry-relevant platforms.
While my current focus is on building production AI systems and technical platforms, this research background underpins my approach to system architecture, rigor in data and modeling, and the translation of complex technical domains into operational tools.
